If  you like tacos, burritos or quesadillas  I have good news for you. There is a taco factory in town and Kevin Spring, the owner knows his way around flavors.

Kevin grew in California, went to culinary school and then moved to Las Vegas where he worked for about 13 years. After an illness, he decided to focus on what he loves best and that is tacos.

When I say tacos, that also includes burritos and quesadillas and more! And let me tell you about the portions. They are large. The burritos bowls cost around $9 and take many meals to finish. Burrito’s  themselves are about 2.5 pounds and 14” long.

This is not a Mexican restaurant. It is similar to Chipotle but it is not fast food. He does provide some tacos to the Moon Glow Tavern on rt 82. Maybe you have had them there.

After hearing feedback from customers he now cooks his shrimp well done. If you want them medium/rare you would need to ask for it.

Do you like trying different sauces? Well he has 31! He has international flavors. Do you like Korean, Spicy Thai, Hong Kong Orange, and/or many types of
Curry? How about gluten free or vegan meals? Lots to choose from for both!

All of the food is cooked fresh. All meat is prepared on the premises. No freezers – no microwaves are used. All ingredients are so flavorful on their own. He layers on the flavors.

He is currently switching over from curbside service which is what he was doing temporarily during the COVID-19 shutdown. This week he should be open to take delivery orders. His phone system is currently being revamped. His website is www.sdtacofactory.com.
Or go to his Facebook page: Facebook for San Diego Taco Factory.

He is located across the street from St. Barnabas in Northfield Center – next to The Emergency Assistance Center.

So if you like tacos, this place is for you!
