The City of Macedonia Police Department responded to the local Wal-Mart on the evening of November 27, 2024 after receiving information that shots had been fired at that location. Police confirmed that a firearm had been discharged and, thankfully, no one was physically injured during the incident. Law enforcement’s investigation is ongoing at this time, and the City will provide future updates as appropriate.
