At the end of the City of Macedonia’s “Summerfest” weekend celebrations, several shots were confirmed to be fired by an individual in attendance. A suspect was quickly apprehended by Macedonia Police without further incident. The scene was immediately secured, and no further threats detected. No known physical injuries were observed or reported from the incident. The investigation is ongoing, and the City will continue to provide updates on the matter.
