With the school year coming to end soon, the Soap Box Derby STEM summer camp is an opportunity for kids ages 9 to 12 to continue their learning over the summer break. The kids will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun, hands-on STEM projects; construct a Soap Box Derby car; race a Soap Box Derby car daily down Derby Downs track; design, build, race and take home a mini Soap Box Derby car; make friends and be part of a racing team; and showcase their team’s STEM race week achievements.
Attached is a flier with all the pertinent information for the Soap Box Derby STEM Summer Camp. My hope is that through your communication system, you could get this out to the parents in all of the Akron Public Schools in the next couple of weeks. Would you be able to do that for us?
