From the Superintendent of Nordonia Hills City Schools,
This is a reminder that the second dose COVID vaccine clinic is this Friday, 12/10/21, from 3-7 p.m. at the Lee Eaton gymnasium. Students getting their second dose do not need to turn in another consent form as we have all the first dose consents on file.
Unvaccinated students may also get their first dose vaccine Friday, in which case consent forms must be brought to the clinic. There are no plans at this time for another in-school clinic for the second dose, but you will be given information on where to get the second dose. Download the consent form here.
