Tessa had a busy but fun day! We got to go up to the roof and see “Air Bear the life flight helicopter” She was a little nervous to sit in it at first but once we were up there she was so happy she did it! Then she went to her bath, and her donor sights are looking amazing, they decided she no longer needs bandages on them! She has been doing amazing in therapy as well, we are seeing such great improvement from her, she is so strong and its showing more and more everyday. We got the word today that she is ready to be fitted for her prosthetic leg as well!!! They are coming on Thursday to do a full work up on her and get going on that process. She is excited for that and a little bit scared as well.. We got to go down and see Anna and Else today also, then they came up to her room to visit with her a little bit and brought her a new blanket and a few other goodies. We are so happy with the progress she is making, and cant wait until the day we are home with our entire family under one roof again!!
