Tessa did great in her FINAL o.r. visit!!!! Both her legs (graft and donor spots) are 100% healed!! Her upper body is 85% healed, he will check in two days to see if those upper dressings can be removed. She will start doing bathtub dressing changes on Wednesday! Therapy has been in full swing as well. She was even dancing in her bed this morning during her therapy to her dance song candyman, while the nurses watched the video of her on stage! Things are looking amazing for her. Once she gets moving around more and her pain meds all weened she will have a week of inpatient therapy. Then he said she is a good candidate for outpatient therapy, where we just bring her back daily but we can all sleep at home! So excited to see the light at the end of this tunnel!! Almost there!! So grateful for each of you who have all helped in some way pull us through this terrible tragedy! Thank You!!
