Tessa did great at her o.r. visit today! She got her stitches and scabs all cleaned up. She was all wrapped up after that, so we wont see how those look until tomorrow during her dressing change, but her doctor said it went great. She got back to her room from recovery and was starving! I love that she has her appetite back! She has been eating so good! Hopefully that tube gets to come out soon! She rested up today and is ready to start therapy back up tomorrow! She was so silly this evening and back to herself. I LOVE that we get to see her true self again. She is even funnier than she was before. She has everyone laughing with her. I love how positive she is during this as well. She was talking about all the cool and different legs she is going to get and the different designs she wants to get and to maybe design her own someday. I can totally see her doing that in the future. I am so excited things are moving forward in a positive direction. I cant wait to get back to a little normal in our lives.
