You might have noticed that a demolition project has started at the property located at 9730 Valley View Rd in Macedonia (south side of Valley View Road across from Park Avenue).
The house that was demolished was originally built in 1895.
Pete Snavely’s company Snavely Group is currently demolishing the existing house at the property and clearing the trees for the 98 bed facility.
Progressive Quality Care is a long term care nursing home facility and has 9 facilities within Ohio. The buildings will have all private rooms with private baths and showers, all are handicap accessible. There are three other avenue styles within Ohio.
