Twinsburg got hit Friday and we got hit Saturday. Because of several factors we believe its the same group that worked our area last time.
We need everyone to remain vigilant just like last time. Remember if you hear something unusual or something looks out-of-place CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY! If you hear a dog bark look around for a few minutes. Don’t just yell at the dog. They’re great at hearing the slightest noises and a wonderful early warning system. If you see someone with a flashlight watch him and call. Watch any strangers you see. Nobody should be walking through backyards unless its your neighbor. If someone gets dropped off and they start walking down the street keep an eye on them, remember the car and call. Again, if you hear something unusual or something looks out-of-place CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY! We can catch these guys but we need your help. You are our eyes and ears.
If you do call the police try to keep watching the person or vehicle you are calling about. Describe the vehicle (color, make, model), direction of travel, number of occupants. If its a suspicious person describe the person (gender, color, height, weight, clothing).
Here are the details of the burglaries:
* they usually strike on the weekends.
* Saturday is their primary day
* prime time is from 6pm to 10pm
* they usually hit a house inside a development that is very
close to a main road
* these points are not cast in stone and they could change their
pattern at any time.
We get calls asking where exactly was the burglary. Let me just say last time we had them it was all across town so if it was in one place this time it could be anywhere next time. Watch out for your neighbors, stay vigilant and don’t hesitate to call the police
