Why Some Foods Explode in Your Stomach!

Number one, to have a better number two, I suggest the following. Never eat in a hurry and only eat when your relaxed and in a pleasant environment. Chew your food well and don’t drink a lot of liquids with your meals. Always make sure you eat some uncooked fruits or vegetables with each meal to take advantage of the enzymes that aid in digestion found in these powerhouse foods. Try to eat a small portion of fermented foods everyday; Pickled vegetables, real apple cider vinegar fermented with healthy bacteria, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. Take a probiotic supplement and consider using digestive enzymes with your main meals.
