NVFD is excited to announce we were officially awarded an Assistance to Firefighter’s Grant Award on Friday of $41,429!!!! These funds will require a local cost sharing of $2,071. This grant will be used to install a vehicle exhaust removal system in our station to protect our firefighters from the cancerous and dangerous effects of vehicle exhaust.
