Last night at the Village of Northfield Council Meeting. council person Alan Hipps made a motion to censure council person Keith Czerr for conduct unbecoming an elected official. Specifically he produced and posted for public view, videos containing crude content related to the sexual assault of women, and the production and posting for public view videos containing racially offensive generalization and stereotypes.
Motion was passed. The council sanctioned Mr. Czerr with loss of council pay for four months and removal of all committees for the balance of 2019.
