Northfield Center One Step Closer to Running on Dunkin’

By Julie D’Aloiso

Dunkin’ Donuts conditional permit has been approved by Northfield Center Township Zoning Board. It now goes on to Summit County for approval. The plans submitted would fall under the “Western Reserve Style” – even though they do not at this time want to be a part of the JEDD, they may in the future. (see related story)

As you can see on the site plan, there will be a right-in, right-out. A representative from Dunkin’ Donuts mentioned that most of the customers would be coming from the west.

They are only going to build on half of the lot. With the Dunkiin’ lot being so deep, they should fit a lot of cars in the drive thru on a busy day and not back up onto Rt. 82, according to the Dunkin Representative.
