The Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (9080 Shepard Road, Macedonia), formally established in October of 1967, will begin its year-long celebration of its 50th Anniversary Year with a Mass and Reception on October 8, 2016.
Our Lady of Guadalupe – known to many in the area as O.L.G. – is inviting all current and past parishioners, as well as members of the community, to attend the 4:30 pm kick-off mass on October 8th. If you plan to attend this mass and reception, please see the church website for more details (www.olg.cc). Everyone is encouraged to also attend as many events as they would like that are planned for the anniversary year.
Events will range from those involving spiritual growth to those that are simply for fun. To watch for scheduled events, please look for information on the church web site (www.olg.cc), call the church office (330-468-2194) or see the Sunday church bulletins given out after each weekend mass.
