JAMES C. FIRSTER, D.C. age 89, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2018 at Anna Maria Nursing Home. Beloved husband of 60 years of Lucille (nee Klanac); loving father of Kathy Donovan-Rose (Jack), Linda Schultz (William), Patricia Wright, Dr. James C. Firster, Jr., and; Carol Donaldson (Stephen); cherished grandfather of Nicole, Ben, Brian, Brittany, Stephen, Jr., Lindsay, Courtney, Lauren and Brendon; great grandfather of 12. Dr. Firster was a proud veteran of the U.S.M.C. and the U.S. Navy and was a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic, practicing in Bedford Hts. for over 40 years. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD. (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON SUNDAY FROM 2-6 P.M. OR AT ST. JOSEPH BYZANTINE RITE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 8111 BRECKSVILLE RD., BRECKSVILLE ON MONDAY FROM 9:45-10:15 A.M. Prayers will immediately follow at 10:15. Divine Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
