WHEREAS, on November 12, 2015, Vista Springs celebrated the official opening of its newly constructed 102,000 square foot, resort style, assisted living and memory care community in Macedonia at 8400 South Bedford Road. Vista Springs will provide compassionate assisted living and memory care services for Western Reserve area seniors and families in a beautifully designed and highly innovative setting; and

WHEREAS, the Macedonia location is the first to open in Ohio for Vista Springs, with multiple Cleveland area locations to break ground by the end of the year. Vista Springs currently operates several forward thinking senior living communities across the state of Michigan; and

WproclaimationHEREAS, Vista Springs Macedonia will be guided by a mission and philosophy of heart-centered care in a stimulating and vibrant environment.   Seniors and families can choose from 100 large private residences, with one and two bedroom lifestyle options with 30 Memory Care residences in two separate and distinct neighborhoods and 70 Assisted Living residences.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it known by all and declared by the Council of the County of Summit, State of Ohio that: This Council recognizes the challenges families face when caring for an aging loved one and appreciate Vista Springs for creating a unique extension of care and support for our valued elders.
