Charles Richard Magda, Sr., age 90, of Northfield Village, Ohio, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Rachel Marie (nee Guy); loving father of Charles R. (Deborah) Magda Jr. and Mark S. (Leslie) Magda; cherished grandfather of Jason, Mark and Ericka; caring great-grandfather of Chase, Lilianna, Christian, Gabriel and Sonja; dear brother of William P. (Linda-deceased), Joseph (Carolyn), Rose Marie Swanger, and the late Shirley Ann Konter, John E., and Michael B. Magda. Charles was an active member of the Ohio North Coast Jittberbug Connection, Moose Lodge, and Eagles Club. He was an avid dancer. Friends will be received for a memorial gathering from 2-5 PM on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at JOHNSON-ROMITO FUNERAL HOME, 99 W. Aurora Rd., Northfield Center, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM on Monday, February 7, 2022 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 9451 Brandywine Rd, Northfield Center, OH. All are asked to meet at church.
