James Allen Spisak, 87. Beloved husband of the late Betty Lou (nee Myers) of 51 years; Cherished father of Jim (Lisa) and Lisa Braun; Grandfather of Megan Spisak, Kelly Braun, Michael Spisak and Caroline Braun; Trusted son of the late John Joseph Sr. and the late Mary (nee Telishka); Brother of Mary Yehoda (the late Andy); Thoughtful uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and friend to many. James is predeceased by his granddaughter Danielle Spisak and siblings Betty Nickels (the late Bill), Delores Naimy (the late Joseph and the late Ted), Lillian Renn (the late Ernie), and John J. Jr. (Nancy). James was born in Cleveland on May 10th, 1934 and was a proud graduate of Cathedral Latin High School, class of 1952. He has the honor to be a veteran of the United States Air Force before beginning working on the New York Central Railroad for 10 years. Following his years on the Railroad he worked for Bird Electronic Corporation in Solon, OH for 33 years, retiring in the position of Director of Systems. James enjoyed writing poetry and will be remembered for his years of singing in the Holy Angels church choir. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in memory of James A.
