Portage Path Behavioral Health Coming To The Emergency Assistance Center

Any Summit County resident will be able to be able to make an appointment by calling TEAC at 330-467-7945 or by calling Portage Path directly at 330-253-3100.
A staff member from Portage Path will be on-site at The Emergency Assistance Center (TEAC) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12 pm to 3 pm.
A person does not have to be a client of The Emergency Assistance Center to make an appointment.

In addition, a case manager from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services will now be available twice a week every week. Every Wednesday  and Thursday from 9 am to 3:00 pm. Summit County residents that need to apply or renew food, cash or medical assistance can call TEAC to schedule an appointment. (330-467-7945)

Cash assistance is only available for pregnant women in the 3rd trimester or families with children under 18. ODJFS can not help with any other government programs.
Every third Friday of the month we have a case manager from Veterans Affairs that can meet with veterans from any county on-site at TEAC. Please call 330-467-7945 to schedule an appointment.
A person does not have to be a food client of The Emergency Assistance Center to make an appointment with Portage Path, Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, or Veterans Affair.
