ROBERT C. “BOB” HIXENBAUGH, age 75, was a retired Mayfield Hts. Police Lieutenant. He passed away on November 9, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. Bob was under hospice care after a very long illness. Devoted and loving husband of Karen (nee Gulitz) for 53 years; proud father of Rob (Laura) and Bryan (deceased); cherished grandpa of Ava and Ashton; dear brother of Jim and Charles; dearest brother-in-law of Frank and Janice (Curt); uncle of Lindsay, Michael (Tracy), Heather (Dennis), Alan, Sara (Jeff).
