DONALD G. BOHNING, age 93. Beloved husband of Miriam (nee Rahe) for 68 years; loving father of Lynn Eickemeyer (Bill), Beth Byrd (Jeff), Mary Andrews (Scott) and Joan Reitz (Tom); dear grandfather of Andrew Byrd (Amy), Greg Andrews (Casey), Lisa Moore (Ian), Gail Lauringson (Tanner), Lauren Eickemeyer, Austin Reitz, and Carli Reitz; great grandfather of William Byrd, Henry Byrd, Tyson Andrews, Arlo Andrews, Madix Andrews, Sunny Andrews, Naomi Moore, and Beatrice Moore; brother of all the following deceased, Robert (Diane) and Ken (Karen). He founded Donald G. Bohning and Associates, a civil engineering and surveying firm more than 50 years ago and was a lifelong Lutheran and supporter of Christian education.
