ALAN J. “SANDOR” VARGA, 77, of Broadview Heights, passed away December 12, 2023. Beloved companion of 42 years of John R. Hanna; loving son of the late John and Helen Vargo (nee Peter), dearest brother of Gayle Takacs (Greg); cherished uncle of Gynine Takacs, Geniffer Takacs Prouty (Sam), Ralph Hanna, and John P. Hanna (Jenn); great uncle of Theo (TT) Prouty, Jennifer, Jaime, Amanda, Samantha, Adam, Sydney, Zachary, Bailey, Allie, Emmie, Taylore, and JP.  Retired from State of Ohio.  Member of First Hungarian Reformed Church.  Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD. (OHIO RTE. 82) SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2023 FROM 1-6 AND MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2023 FROM 9:15-10:15 AM. Funeral Monday 11 a.m. at the First Hungarian Reformed Church, 14530 Alexander Road, Walton Hills, Ohio, 44146.
