10u Elite Division Champions

The 10u Lady Knights, led by head coach Heather Rink, started off this weekend 1-2 in pool play at the Battle at Barlow softball tournament in Hudson. With an early start this morning at 8:30, the girls battled all day, winning 3 games outscoring their opponents 25-11. Coming into bracket play with the 3rd seed, they were led by pitching from Kaylee D. and Izzy G. Vivienne L. led the offense with a home run in each of the first 2 games of the day. Their defense also shined with a triple play and a shutout of the Medina Heat in game 2. A nail biter until the end, these girls not only executed when it mattered, but they played as a team, and above all had fun! Congratulations to the 10u Elite Division Champions, the Lady Knights!
