Six Women Arrested in Two Separate Retail Theft Incidents at Kohl’s Macedonia Commons

On June 3, Macedonia Police made multiple arrests in connection with two separate retail theft incidents at Kohl’s Department Store in Macedonia Commons, recovering over $3,300 in stolen merchandise.

The first theft occurred around 5:30 p.m. when officers responded to reports of five women stealing from Kohl’s. After brief foot chases, three suspects were apprehended along with their vehicle. Police recovered more than $1,000 in stolen goods during this incident.

Later that evening, during follow-up investigations, Kohl’s reported another large-scale theft involving three different women. Officers positioned themselves strategically and arrested the suspects without incident as they tried to leave the store. Over $2,300 in stolen merchandise was recovered.

Macedonia Police praised the strong partnership with local retailers and emphasized how quick reporting helped law enforcement respond promptly to these retail theft cases.
