Theodore Charles Ptacek “Chuck” age 85, of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
He is the beloved husband of Betty Ann (nee Reed); dear father of Paula Marie Ptacek ( Fabian Lawrence) of Eugene, Oregon and Patricia Carol Frost (Thomas A.) of Macedonia, Ohio; loving grandfather of Eric James Frost and Julia R. Frost, dearest brother of Lois Ptacek Hudson and Paul (Randi) Russell.
Chuck was an Engineer working for ITT Lester/Metaldyne In Solon, Ohio. He had a patent for a special Aluminum Alloy Motorcycle Wheel. He was a member of the Hollywood Knights Car Club. He enjoyed restoring classic cars and taking trips on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
