Can’t Pay Property Tax Bill by the Due Date

Second half 2019 real estate taxes are due on July 17, 2020. Assistance is available to taxpayers who have been affected by the COVID-19 national emergency. The Tax Installment Payment (TIP) Plan can help property owners who are unable to pay their real estate tax bill by the due date. Those who enroll in this program can avoid late payment penalties by setting up a payment plan with our office. To be eligible, all taxes and assessments must be current. The deadline to sign up is the last day to pay the real estate tax bill. Parcels with outstanding delinquencies, tax liens, or a current delinquent tax contract will not qualify for enrollment. Taxpayers who are interested in enrolling in TIP must contact the Fiscal Office at 330-643-2869 to establish a contract specific to their needs.
