Northfield Center Trustee Special Meeting

This session is intended to potentially complete the following items:

1) Authorize and appropriate funds to be used for Beacon Hills Park enhancements
2) Approve a contract for the completion of mold and asbestos abatement in the Town Hall basement
3) Authorize and appropriate $35,000 for road paving projects in the Rolling Brooke Development
4) Hold an executive session to consider the purchase of property for public purposes, the sale or property at competitive bidding, or the sale or other disposition of unneeded, obsolete, or unfit-for-use property in accordance with section 505.10 of the Ohio Revised Code
