Longwood Park is gearing up for a busy stretch of community celebrations. Three seasonal events, FallFest, Haunted Manor and WinterFest, are set to bring residents together for food, festivities and family fun between September and December.
FallFest Kicks Off the Season
FallFest returns to Longwood Park on Sept. 26 from 4 to 9:30 p.m. The evening will feature craft beer, wine and a lineup of food trucks. Live entertainment will run throughout the event, giving families and friends a chance to gather outdoors as summer turns to fall.
Haunted Manor Brings Trick or Treating to the Park
On Oct. 17, Longwood Manor will host Haunted Manor from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The family friendly event invites visitors to wear their best costumes for trick or treating in the park. Guests can also take tours of Longwood Manor that lean more festive than frightening.
WinterFest Lights Up Longwood Park
WinterFest is scheduled for Dec. 4 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Longwood Park. Organizers plan to light up the park with a million lights to mark the start of the holiday season. Hot cocoa and winter themed activities will be available for families looking to celebrate together.
Each event is free to attend and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to mark their calendars for all three dates.
