I want everyone to review the email below that was sent on October 27th. After you read it, think about the fact that just this evening, another one of this guy’s large dead trees fell across Skylane and is 90% blocking the road. I had to literally drive over the top of it to get around as many others had to as well.
I am just waiting for someone to get hurt or worse or damage their vehicle and then rightfully sue the crap out of our Township. And guess who would probably end up having to be a hostile witness against the Township! One public records request would clearly show how this problem had been repeatedly ignored.
There is no reason or cause for any more excuses. This situation is now going on THREE (3) freaking years and I am fed up. Someone is going to get hurt and nobody seems to give a damn. That is the reason that I am sending this to all of you along with ‘outside sources!’

It’s been over two (2) years since I’ve been requesting you to remove several dead trees at 9097 Pleasantview because they posed a danger to people and vehicles if they fell. Well, one fell today and as I am writing this, the Service Department is clearing it from the roadway. There are a few more that still pose a risk.
I want you to make the removal of the remaining dead trees a PRIORITY. I really don’t care what it takes. This is over TWO-YEARS in the making and I don’t want to see it take even two more days! I’ve been warning about this over and over and over and over and over again! You need to get this done NOW!
