The Nordonia Hills Veterans Memorial Park Foundation (NHVMP) board of directors has purchased three new flags to replace those that are damaged or missing. Since there is no Memorial Day parade this year they are inviting the public, members of VFW 6768 and Sons of the American Legion members of A.L. Post 801 to join them for a flag raising at the park so that something is being done to recognize this solemn day.
The flag raising will be at 10:00 hrs. on Monday, May 25th (weather permitting). We will assemble at 09:40 hrs. Social distancing may not be possible for those manning the flagpoles so you may wish to mask up for that.
