My 4th of July ended with a classic traditional bang, but my recipes were a hit! For the 4th of July, I made a summer salad, homemade vinaigrette salad dressing, and a red white and lime-flavored drink.

My homemade lime surprise
Ingredients
7 blueberries
10 raspberries
10 blackberries
7 strawberries
⅓ cup of sugar
½ cup of water
2 liters of lemon-lime soda
1 liter of lemon-lime sparkling water
Small bag of ice
Blue and blackberries to garnish
Tequila if desired
Directions
Take all four fruits and mash them in a saucepan. Turn the stove on medium and add in the sugar water. Let it cook until it starts boiling. Let it simmer for 2 minutes, then let it cool.
Take the ice, soda and sparkling water and add it in a pitcher. Then stir in the berry sauce. (If you like you can add 8oz of tequila or as much as you need the pitcher😁) Finally, add blue and blackberries as a garnish.
