Nordonia Hills Garden Club Meetings
Third Wednesday of the month 6:30 p.m.
Macedonia City Center (1484 East Aurora Rd. – ground floor).
Garden Club meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at 6:30 p.m.
At the Macedonia City Center on the ground floor.
The featured speaker will be Sharon Swaney from the Dahlia Society of
Ohio. She will do a pictured-filled presentation “The Wonderful World of
Dahlias”. It is centered on the dahlia circle of life – starting, planting,
growing, and harvesting/storing. She and her husband currently grow
about 250 dahlia plants each season, and have grown them for over
40 years.
This meeting is open to the public and refreshments will be served.
Each year The Nordonia Hills Garden Club provides a scholarship to a
deserving Nordonia High School Senior in addition to supporting the
Emergency Assistance Center Food Bank.
