Nordonia Knights 11U‘s effort to come back from down seven runs in the fourth inning came up just short, as they fell 10-9 to Ohio Bombers on Saturday. Nordonia Knights 11U put up six runs in the failed comeback. Santino R, Will B, Will, Tommy K, and Luca B picked up RBIs to lead the rally.
Despite the loss, Nordonia Knights 11U did collect eight hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Ohio Bombers had 11 hits on the way to victory.
Ohio Bombers got things moving in the first inning. J S singled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs.
