Nordonia Knights Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 6-1 loss to Hudson on Friday. Hudson took the lead on an error in the first inning.

Hudson scored three runs in the fifth inning. L Gomersal and M Roukey all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
Roukey toed the rubber for Hudson. The fireballer lasted seven innings, allowing two hits and one run while striking out 12 and walking zero.
Laney Wilhelm started the game for Nordonia Knights Varsity. The righthander surrendered six runs on two hits over seven innings, striking out four.
Kaley Meadows and Carmella Hack all had one hit to lead Nordonia Knights Varsity.
Gomersal led Hudson with two hits in four at bats.
