Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 9546 Brandywine Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Conditional Use Application for applicant Richard Hamilton, DBA Hambones by the Fire BBQ, LLC, 7720 Nodding Hill Dr., Walton Hills OH 44146, for a BBQ Stand/Trailer to be located at 9425 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH 44067.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail, email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com), or fax (330) 650-0815, preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2023. The application is on file at the Town Hall and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
