Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Trustees will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH, for proposed zoning text amendments in Chapters 310, 130, 350, 352 and 360 as recommended by the Zoning Commission.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2024. The information on the proposed text amendments is on file at the Township Office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
