Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, September 18. 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Administrative Office, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Variance Application for applicant Dan Gutschmidt, 10565 Valley View Rd., Northfield Center OH, for a variance request to riparian setback regulations/restoration.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2023. The application is on file at the administrative office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
