Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Northfield Center Administrative offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for an Application for Zoning Variance for applicant Shawn Milligan on behalf of Blake Sauers for property at 9029 Lowell Lane, Northfield Center OH. The variance request is regarding fence height regulations in the Northfield Center Township Zoning Resolution.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com ) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. The proposed text changes are on file at the administrative office and are available for viewing during normal business hours Monday – Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
