Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Offices, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH, for a Conditional Use Application for applicant Randall Hyde/The Emergency Assistance Center, 9199 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH. The applicant has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to move into the building at 9433 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the Town Hall either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, 2023. The application is on file at the Township Office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
