Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Northfield Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Northfield Center Township Administrative Office, 8484 Olde Eight Rd., Northfield Center OH for a Variance Application for applicant Shane Bloniak, 104 W. Twinsburg Rd., Northfield Center OH. The applicant has applied for a variance to have a second accessory building on the property.
Those not able to attend the Public Hearing are encouraged to submit their comments in writing to the administrative office either by mail or email (nctsecretary@northfieldcenter.com) preferably no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023. The application is on file at the administrative office and is available for viewing Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.
