ALLEN JOHN JONES age 60 formerly of Brook Park, Ohio. Beloved husband of Mary Patricia (nee Ryan); loving father of Caleb Jones; Son of Millie (nee White) and the late John Jones; dear brother of Nancy Ostruh (Mark) and Mary Nagy (Joseph); uncle of Brittany Basch. U.S. Airforce Veteran.
Allen was an outstanding chef. He loved to cook for EVERYONE!
During the Pandemic, Allen made weekly gourmet dinners for the homeless individuals in Portland. He spent hundreds of dollars every month serving these folks lobster and prime rib. He fed them, and he also listened to their stories and concerns. He had a following and was well respected within their community. Allen was an extremely generous person to us all and I am blessed to be his wife for 17 years.
