Floyd G. Spice, age 93 of Twinsburg passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022. He is the beloved husband of the late Judith (nee Millen) Spice; loving father of Kathryn Everett, Ronald (Sylvia) Spice and Gary (Julia) Spice; cherished grandfather of Cassandra (Mitch), Ashley (John), Tiffany (Ricardo), Cheryl and the late Jessica and Gary, Jr.; dear great-grandfather of Tyler, Kaylee, Mariah, Destiny, Finleigh, Janessa and Paisley; dear brother of Donald R. (Ann Marie) Spice and the late Margaret Steeber, Ethel Wirt, Rev. Alfred Spice, Evelyn Maulis and Thelma Mason; uncle of James “J.J.” Kizak along with many other nieces and nephews and dear friend and neighbor to Tracy and Ryan Schneeman. Floyd served in the US Army in the Korean War. Then continued to serve his community with Twinsburg Fire Department for 39 years. The family will receive friends 2-5 PM Sunday, March 13, 2022 at JOHNSON-ROMITO FUNERAL HOME, 9819 Darrow Road (Corner of Rt. 91 and Post Road), Twinsburg, OH (330) 425-2244. Prayers at the funeral home will begin at 9:30 AM Monday, March 14, 2022 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Ss. Cosmas and Damian Catholic Church in Twinsburg at 10:00 AM. Graveside services will be at 2:30 PM at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, OH.
