JOANN RIDENOUR (nee Lyons); 2-12-1933 – 3-19-2022. Born in Dixonville, Pennsylvania to Samuel and Eva (nee Phillips) Lyons and moved to Cleveland in 1951. JoAnn was married to Gerald Ridenour for 63 years until his death in 2016; they had two sons, Jeffrey (Susan) and the late Jerry; six grandchildren; Michael, Timothy, Erica Kozub (Dan), Brandon, Bryan (Kristen), and Brett (Courtney); seven great-grandchildren; Cheyanne, Everly, Paisley, Ensley, Barrett, Garrett, and Easton and Sister of the late Judith Lyons, and the late Jean Mancuso (John). JoAnn was a member of the Garfield Heights Women’s Club for over 50 years as a committee chairwoman, and 30 years as a treasure and served as the club President, she was also active in the Garfield Heights Democratic Club in the 70’s and 80’s serving as their Parlimentarian and Executive Secretary.
