Rep. Weinstein announces over $180,000 in local BroadbandOhio Connectivity Grant funding

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Casey Weinstein (D-Hudson) today announced local recipients of the BroadbandOhio Connectivity Grant program. Awards from the Governor’s office were given to the following area schools:

  • $78,827.97 to Cuyahoga Falls City School District;
  • $10,000.00 to Nordonia Hills City School District;
  • $72,703.76 to Stow-Munroe Falls City School District;
  • $20,000.00 to Twinsburg City School District

“With schools split between in-person and online learning, access to high-speed internet is more important now than ever before,” said

Rep. Weinstein. “These funds represent a real opportunity for schools to stay connected with students as we continue to navigate COVID-19.”
