I don’t know about everyone else, but my skin is as dry as the Sahara Desert. The constant hand washing and cleaning I’ve been doing has been causing significant wear and tear on my hands. I’ve also been ordering a lot of unhealthy takeouts, which was causing my skin to breakout. I’m a big fan of Insider.com; it gives you great insight into a lot of different topics; skincare is one of them. A skincare related article written by Samantha Grindell has given my skin new life. Everyone seems to be experiencing dry skin, so I thought I’d share the tips that got my skin on track along with the products I use to keep my skin healthy. Here is Dr. Kathleen Suozzi’s, assistant professor of dermatology at Yale school of medicine, magic skincare regimen.
To get your skin on track, you are going to need( I listed and gave links to some highly-rated items to give you guys some good ideas) :

Start your face routine by washing your hands and applying cleanser, wipe your face with toner using a cotton round, apply your exfoliator, follow the instructions on your face mask, and finally moisturize. Kathleen Suozzi stresses in her interview that you stray from touching your hands, but not just because of COVID-19, her words were, “This stressful environment may promote acne breakouts, but do your best not to pick your face.”
She also states, “… UVA light can penetrate right through window glass, which means that you still are at risk for premature aging and even skin concerns.” That is why using SPF sunscreen is so important, even though most of us are staying indoors. She also encourages us to apply lotion while are hands are still damp and then dry them. It helps lock the moisture in. *If your hands are dehydrated after you apply moisturizer on your hands, wear mittens. You will thank me later*
I hope this article helped you. It certainly helped me! Self-care is vital, especially now.
