Barre Intensity is a 55-minute workout that combines attributes of Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles and large range of motion to elevate the heart rate with sequences for the upper and lower body to make every minute count. Routines are choreographed to motivational music using a barre, mini-balls, bands and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body. Classes are held on Mon and Wed at 5:30pm and Sat at 10am. All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are included in membership, otherwise a $10.00 + tax ‘drop-in’ rate for non-members for an entire day at Anytime Fitness Sagamore Hills.
