Great news movie goers! Macedonia Cinemark, has replaced all of their seats with new rocker seats! They are very comfortable, more padding than before and covered with black “pleather” easy to clean material.
We first started hearing about this when a new buildings was discussed going in the parking lot between Home Depot and Cinemark. See related article. Cinemark does not require as many parking spaces now because they have reduced the number of seats in their theaters. There are less seats now because these seats are slightly wider and the row of seats has less seats. But these new seats are not like the lounge seats that they have at their Valleyview location.
You may also notice now, they are using the reserve seating system. With this system, you pick where you sit. This is the same system that the Valleyview location currently uses.
