Obituary: WAYNE W. SCHELIEN

WAYNE W. SCHELIEN, age 73. Beloved husband of Ann (nee Shelvey); loving father of Heidi, Ryan (Janice), Todd (fiancee Nicole Tagliarini); dear grandfather of Ryleigh, Jack, Mason, Kacie, Liam, Khloe, Luke, Avery; brother of the late Margaret Shutt and Carol Hufnagel; loving uncle and cousin of many. Mr. Schelien spent his teaching career serving the young people of Garfield Heights, specifically as a teacher, a coach, and after retirement, as a building substitute, jobs coordinator and continuing as a coach. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON FRIDAY FROM 3-8 P.M. All are asked to gather at Christ Community Chapel, 750 West Streetsboro St. (OH RT 303 at Terex Rd.), Hudson, OH on Saturday at 10 a.m. where Wayne’s funeral services will be celebrated.
