Obituary: Jean E. Barbic (nee Provateare)

Jean E. Barbic (nee Provateare), age 96 of Sagamore Hills passed away Friday, October 12, 2018.  Beloved wife of the late Edward L. Barbic; loving mother of james E. (Margie Bellar) Barbic and Merriann (the late David) Cook; dear grandmother of 5; great-grandmother of 9; sister of the late Ruth (James) Exton, Agnes (Robert) Pokorny and Thomas Provateare and sister-in-law of Donna Provateare.  Friends will be received 4-7 PM Monday, October 15, 2018 at JOHNSON-ROMITO FUNERAL HOME, 99 West Aurora Road (One Mile West of Rt. 8), Northfield Center, OH (330) 468-1443. Prayers at the funeral home will begin at 9:30 AM Tuesday, October 16, 2018 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Barnabas Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
